Updating your domains nameservers at GoDaddy is actually a pretty simple task. Make sure you have your loginID or Username AND GoDaddy password on hand before following the procedure:

  • Purchase web hosting and receive the hosting nameservers.
  • Login to GoDaddy at the top of the main page.
  • Click Domain Manager on the left hand side.
  • Once your domains load, check the box next to your name.
  • Click “Nameservers” in the menu at the top of your domain list.
  • Put in your new nameservers (you must have at least 2).
  • Click OK.
  • Allow upto 24hrs for the changes to take effect.

That’s it! You have now easily changed your nameservers in GoDaddy to suite your new web host!
